1) This 45 year old man presented to Emerg about 1 week earlier. The ER doctor drained a small amount of pus, but was surprised he did not get more. He sent him home on antibiotics with a recheck a week later. When referred the pus and necrosis required a wide debridement, and he returned for dressings in the OR for the next 3 days.
